Rewards

• After you've collected your sticks, fill out the Claim Form and select your Reward(s). You will receive a confirmation email with directions on how to ship in your sticks. Please print, and cut the form in half. 
  • The top half must go inside your package! Also on the inside our package, your sticks MUST BE BAGGED separately within a sealed bag for the health and safety of our team. 
  • The bottom half of the form must be taped to the outside of your package for easy scanning. Note: This DOES NOT count as postage - This is simply to help us connect your order with your sticks! 
• Then it's time to ship your sticks! 
• (Tip: We recommend using a shipping service (UPS, FedEx, etc.) so that you can keep your tracking number and ensure we receive your sticks. PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM!)

• When your sticks arrive to our Kindness is Golden Headquarters, our team will send a verification email saying they have reviewed your claim and counted your sticks. After receiving your sticks, please allow the team three weeks to process your Claim. You will receive an email with Tracking information once your item has shipped back to you! 

• We recommend using a shipping service (UPS, FedEx, etc.) so that you can keep your tracking number and ensure we receive your sticks. PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM!

• Have you tried your local library? A lot of them have free printing resources! If you can not access a printer, please call us at 651-243-0705, and we can work together to resolve this issue!

• Each year the program year ends on December 31st, and will restart the following spring. Please ensure your sticks arrive by December 31st to claim your reward! 
• (Tip: Try to ship your sticks by December 15th to ensure we receive them in time!)

• Yes, our Kindness is Golden Program is here to stay! The program kicks off each year in the spring. However, each year we provide new reward options.
• (Tip: Be sure to send in your sticks before December 31st to claim your favorite reward of the year since it might not be there next year! We must receive your sticks by December 31st in order for your claim to be valid.)

• Please submit a new claim choosing one of the available reward options - We are unable to fulfill rewards from previous years if we do not receive your sticks by December 31st of that year. 

• Please do not fill out the Claim Form until you are ready to ship your sticks! This way we can ensure you'll receive the reward you're submitting for. Please note that claims cannot roll over into the following year, but we hope you love the new rewards we offer each year!

• Our Kindness is Golden Program restarts in the spring of every year! Each year we offer fun new reward options. Once you have enough sticks collected, take a look at this year's reward options and claim your rewards!
• (Tip: Please do not submit a claim if you have not collected enough sticks yet to ship. Claims cannot roll over to the following year!)

• At this time, only JonnyPops sticks are redeemable for rewards!  

• Yes! Both our flat sticks and cylindrical sticks count for the Kindness is Golden Program. You can mix them together and choose any reward you'd like! 

• No proof needed! At JonnyPops sharing kindness is at the center of all we do and we trust that it is a value our fans have too! 

• We count all sticks to verify you have the correct amount for your reward! No receipt is necessary!

• At this time, we count the sticks to verify you have the correct amount for your reward and cannot accept vouchers or receipts for past sticks.

• Send an email to [email protected] including your Claim # and the tracking information associated with the sticks mailed in to ensure they were delivered to our Kindness is Golden Headquarters.

• Right now we only offer our factory tours as a reward through collecting 10,000 pop sticks.

• At this time, our Kindness is Golden program can only be redeemed within the United States. 

• No, the only way to get this amazing JonnyPops swag is through our Kindness is Golden Program! All you need to do is save 25 sticks to earn your first reward.
