1. OFFER TERMS:

      1. Eligibility; Overview: This promotion is valid for K-12 school food service operators and K-12 institutional food service accounts only (each a “Customer” and together the “Customers”). The promotion consists of a rebate program whereby Customers may claim partial reimbursement for eligible purchases as set forth in detail below (the “Offer”).
      2. Offer Details: Customers who: (1) opt-into the Offer pursuant to the steps set forth in Section 3, below; and (2) purchase JonnyPops Organic Rainbow Junior Minis pursuant to the steps described in Section 4, below, are eligible to submit a rebate claim. Upon approval, rebates will be calculated based on cases ordered by Customer (as evidenced by a proof of purchase document) at a rate of $21.12 per case (the “Rebate”). The Rebate is not an upfront discount but rather a reimbursement processed after claim submission and approval by JonnyPops.
      3. Offer Duration; Quantities: Customers must opt-in to the Offer between July 13, 2026 and October 1, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”) through one of three methods: (1) completing the online form at https://www.jonnypops.com/K12-WKD-26; (2) completing the physical World Kindness Day Request Form handout; or (3) sending an email to [email protected]. Provided that the product is available and further provided that JonnyPops does not modify the terms of the Offer, there is no case limit per Customer during the Promotional Period.
      4. How to Redeem: To claim the Rebate, Customers must submit the following documentation to JonnyPops within ninety (90) days of World Kindness Day (by February 11, 2027):
      4. • Proof of Purchase: Invoice or receipt of purchase dated within ±15 days of November 13, 2026 (October 29 – November 28, 2026) documenting the number of cases purchased;
         • Proof of Use: Documentation demonstrating the product was served on a school menu (e.g., screenshot of school website menu, meal plan, or similar);
         • Organization and Payment Details: Official organization name, contact name(s), mailing address, physical address, distribution method (name of distributor or “direct”), and preferred payment method (ACH or check);
         • Submission Method: All documentation  described in this Section 4 must be submitted by email to [email protected].
      5. Rebate Processing & Payment:
      5. • JonnyPops will review all submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy.
         • Rebates will be processed (approved and paid or rejected with written explanation) within 30 days of receipt of complete documentation.
         • Approved rebates will be paid via the payment method specified by Customer.
         • Customers will be notified of rebate status via email or phone using contact information provided.
      6. Limitations:
      6. • Rebate applies only to purchased cases as documented on a proof of purchase document dated within ±15 days of November 13, 2026;
         • Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts;
         • Rebate claims must be submitted by February 11, 2027 to be eligible;
         • JonnyPops reserves the right to deny rebate claims that lack sufficient documentation or do not otherwise meet the requirements outlined in these Offer Terms;
         • Rebates are non-transferable and must be claimed by the original purchasing entity;
         • No rebate will be issued for purchases made outside the Promotional Period or for claims submitted after the February 11, 2027 deadline.
      7. Product Availability: JonnyPops reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue the Offer for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, if inventory is depleted or due to operational constraints. Product is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Offer is void if product is unavailable.
      8. Restrictions:
      8. • Void where prohibited by law.
         • Rebate may not be applied to prior purchases or orders already placed.
         • Not transferable or redeemable for cash value.
         • All sales are final; Offer orders may not be returned for credit or restocking.
         • Customer must maintain valid food service licensing and be in good standing with JonnyPops to redeem the Offer.
      9. No Warranty: All product is sold as-is with respect to packaging condition and appearance. Customers are solely responsible for proper storage and handling from delivery forward. JonnyPops shall not be liable for product degradation or spoilage resulting from Customer’s storage or handling.
      10. Limitation of Liability: By redeeming the Offer and making a corresponding purchase, Customer acknowledges and agrees that JonnyPops shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, claims, suits, causes of action or other obligations of any kind arising from redemption of the Offer or the use or consumption of products received under the Offer, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
      11. Interpretation: JonnyPops reserves the right to modify, interpret, and enforce these terms. In case of any dispute, such dispute shall be resolved as determined by Jonny Pops in Jonny Pops’ sole discretion.
      12. Compliance: This promotion is subject to, and, to JonnyPops’ knowledge, complies with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws and advertising regulations.
      13. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
